If you are encountering technical difficulties renewing your
membership, it most likely has to do with your privacy settings.

In order to purchase a membership, you must enable cookies in your
privacy settings. Otherwise no items will appear in your basket and
you will simply get a blank page when you attempt to pay.

Depending on your operating system, here is how to enable cookies.
